| 1-D} FLASHY DRIFTIN ZAN
--2007 Dun Filly (Incentive Fund Nominated) --Sire: Call
Him The Flash. Dam: a Drifter ( War
Chiefs Pride)
daughter that
we trail rode for several years.
Driftin Zan is very well started ranch / cow horse
prospect. She is a finished - ready to go Trail horse now. She has had 2 or 3 years of trail riding
experience but is just being started on cattle. She is another horse that we
raised and started and that has never bucked or made a
mistake. We do not think horses should need to be 'warmed up'
or longed before they can be ridden. When we start them, we
train them to just stand quietly for saddling and mounting and they just
ride right off. This pretty young mare rides like that. Anyone
can catch her, saddle her, bridle her, climb on and ride off.
She has been in traffic, around cattle and has been ridden in the roughest country in the Arbuckle
Mountains. She, too, rides equally well in a large group and rides
just as well off by herself. She loads, hauls, ties, bathes, shoes,
you name it. She is 100% sound and ready to go.
She has a slightly 'bigger motor' that Drifters Blue
Zip (2-B in trail horses) who borders on being 'lazy' and this mare will be a higher level sorting
or penning horse and probably has a bigger stop and quicker turn-around in
her. She definitely has the ability to go into
competition and can still be a very pleasant trail and pleasure
horse. She likes people and comes to you in the
pasture.
With her Incentive Fund nomination, we think she is
an excellent penning and sorting prospect that is really started
right. She is for sale now (before being worked on cattle) for
$5000.00.

| 2-D} DRIFTERS DUSTY DUDE
[Dusty] -- 2007 red dun gelding -- Sire:
War
Chiefs Pride (Drifter) Double bred Driftwood horse that has
conformation & ability. (See his page). Dam: Classy Good
Girl A Classical Silver daughter that we still have and use in our
commercial trail rides. (Also for sale). A full sister
to this nice gelding has been shown successfully for several years in the
FQHR Foundation Shows. She has stood Grand Champion Mare and
won Year End awards in several different performance
events.
Dusty is started right. He was started when he
was a colt and then turned out because Cheri could not ride. He has
been brought back in and ridden for about 1 month at this writing
(December, 2011) He has never tried to buck or make a mistake. He is
ready for anyone that knows how to finish a horse to go on in about any
event. He will be 'cowey', is athletic, willing and really fun
to ride. He has been out on the trail with other horses and by
himself. He is not spooky and goes anywhere you point his
head. He is a SUPER trail horse prospect if that is what you
are looking for. Before further training - $2500.00.

| 3-D} PISTOL PACKING FLASH
[Socks] -- 2009 sorrel gelding -- Sire: CALL HIM
THE FLASH -- a super finished reiner that is drop dead gorgeous.
He has AQHA reining points with very limited showing. Dam: Gunner
Babe - Big, good looking granddaughter of Playgun, NCHA money earner of
over $180,000.00 and a leading sire of cutting horses.
This sorrel gelding is VERY FLASHY! He has four
perfectly matched stockings. He has gorgeous conformation and is
'correct' in every way. He will mature around 15.1 or 15.2
hands.
Socks is well-started under saddle and has never had
a 'hump' in his back. He is one of those rare horses that was 'born
broke'. He has had several rides in the canyons and mountains south
of town and rides with the sure-footed trail confidence of a much older
horse. He goes anywhere you point his head with other horses
and by himself. He will leave a group of riders, never whinny
and never look back. He will be big enough to make a roping
horse and a ranch horse. He is already a better trail horse
than many horses with a lot more age and experience. You have
got to see and ride this young gelding to appreciate his beauty and
disposition. He is another one that leaves the herd to come to
anyone that enters his pasture.
He is 100% sound and ready to go. Before more training in the spring of
2012 -- $3500.00.
