HORSES
FOR SALE
FLASH!!! Due
to family health issues in both families (the Culbertson's and the
Wolfe's) these horses' prices have been drastically reduced to sell
them very quickly. No reasonable offer will be refused!!!!!
This is a
complete dispersal of all cutting-bred horses!!!
|
| All
horses are sold sound and healthy and have had the benefit of our many
years of experience. All horses are located on the Wolfe Ranch
in Sulphur, Oklahoma and are available for any Vet inspections or tests or
x-rays. They have been kept dewormed and vaccinated and are in
perfect health and condition.
We feel that our program of
good pasture, good balanced feed, minerals and plenty of room to run
and play will continue to grow sound horses with good bone and
joints. We have more than 40 years of experience managing
large numbers of breeding horses, foals and yearlings. In all
of these years we have never had a horse diagnosed with any developmental
bone or joint problems or diseases. Our horses are never over-fed or
'pushed' but are definitely well grown out and developed to go into
training.
We look forward to
presenting these horses for your inspection and consideration to be your
next great cutting horse prospect. We are in the process of
getting videos of these horses in action. We think there is a
real advantage of buying from a private breeder like ourselves 'at the
ranch'. You can see them move, can interact with them, assess
their disposition and attitude -- all impossible at an
auction.

1)
Lenas Blue Wolf -- 2008 Bay Roan Filly.
Sire: Leading sire --
MECOM BLUE, leading sire of cutting horses like Quintain Blue (NCHA
$609,015.00) and Laredo Blue (NCHA $284,285.00). Mecom Blue is
out of the leading producer in the breed -- ROYAL BLUE
BOON. To date, he has sired the earners of over $2
million NCHA.
Dam: SMART AND QUICK
Sired by leading sire, Smart Little Lena out of Quick O Lena.
Smart
And Quick, acquired from Joe Ayres, is a half sister to the dam of Freckles Lena Boon, $236,000.00
LTE. She also has many other full and half sisters and brothers that
are major NCHA money earners. Follow
this link to the complete produce record for Smart
& Quick's dam and granddam. Mecom Blue is a 3/4 brother to
Peptoboonsmal, the sire of Freckles Lena Boon. this is the
family (daughters and granddaughters of Ouick O Lena) that not only
procuced FRECKLES LENA BOON ( $235,994)
but [roduced CHULAS MERADA ($122,269),
SMART QUICK MERADA ($111,986), DOUBLE DOWN MERADA
$88,482), LENA MERADA ($75,789) and 45
others.
This
filly is also bred much like Quainten Blue, (both being by Mecom
Blue out of Doc O'Lena grandaughters). As you know, Quainten Blue is
one of the all-time leading money earners of over $600,000.00.
We think these are pretty good family connections. She is a VERY light and 'feely' kind of horse and willing to
comply. She moves with a very light touch and has the 'lightest'
nose I have worked with in years. She backs very willingly and with
the lightest 'touch' on the halter or her body. She has the kind of
'feel' and willingness that says she will be an outstanding prospect to
train. This
filly has been placed in training with Russ Westfall in California.
He says she has a HUGE stop. She is quick footed and makes really BIG moves close to the
ground. She has had about 90 days of cutting training with Russ. She
has excellent bone, is structurally correct, a good mover and is an
extreme athlete with a kind, trainable disposition. She
has had every joint x-rayed and has a 100% clean bill of health from one
of the top Vet Clinics on the West Coast. This
filly's price has just been reduced from $18,000 to $12,500 for a very
quick sale. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this filly -- she
just needs to be sold immediatelyl!! Call us for
more information. Videos will be posted soon. She
MUST be sold quickly, so do not miss out here. |

successful female families in all of the cutting horse industry. The
depth of a female family (in this case the female family produce of Bar
Socks Babe, her daughters, granddaughters, great granddaughters) as well
as the famous sires produced from this family all point toward this filly
being a great cutting prospect and later a great broodmare prospect.

Pete and Cheri Wolfe also
have a large number of finished ranch and trail horses and great prospects for
sale at all times -- most of which they raised and trained.
They have shipped well trained horses all over the world. They have
sold horses that became World Champions. These horses go on to be
roping horses, team penners and sorters and loved recreational riding
partners. See the difference in horses that are bred, raised and
trained to be gentle, cooperative saddle and 'using' horses. To
